TOWN CENTER HOUSING
Sixteen additional architectural proposals were developed for the city center housing, ranging from approximately 125 to 250 square meters.
These proposals include spaces such as a kitchen, living room, dining room, pantry, 2 to 3 bedrooms, and a garage for 2 or 3 cars. They also feature amenities like a terrace with a pool, with the square meters of these areas varying depending on the design, along with some additional extra spaces.
With the architectural floor plans finalized, 3D models were created to design a façade proposal that aligns with the architectural styles of the entire development. The landscape design for the first 8 housing designs has been completed, and work is ongoing for the other 16.
All the designs were developed with a focus on social interaction, considering both connection with the natural environment and fostering socialization among the residents living in the city center.
