Once the architectural floor plan was established, forming a clear idea of the functionality and spatial arrangement of the project areas, the next step was to work on façades and interior sections to analyze and propose suitable heights. The goal was to create a sense of spaciousness and openness, incorporating double heights, ceilings as high as 4.50 meters, thick slabs with inclinations, and various types of overhangs with metal structures.
We also aimed to connect spaces through peripheral views, offering transparency from one area to another. In terms of volumetrics, we played with thick, overlapping volumes to convey both unity and monumentality. On the façade, these extruded volumes are slightly inclined to give them a lighter feel, ensuring the slabs don’t appear too heavy.
