Low Cost Lots

We worked on the distribution of 220 new lots, each approximately 500 m², to accommodate low-income or affordable housing for local residents. Additionally, we planned a school for the inhabitants of the area, along with streets featuring bike lanes to encourage their use and reduce reliance on cars.

A school was also included to provide education for children living in the area so they don’t have to travel far to access education. Additionally, a park was added for recreational activities for the entire community. The architectural design of these areas is still in progress.

Clinic

A primary care clinic was included to address the healthcare needs that may arise within the development. The architectural design is still in progress, but the initial plan envisions a facility with approximately 5-10 consultation rooms, along with an entry and space for an ambulance, as required by regulations.

The clinic was strategically located in an area easily accessible to the entire community.

University

The development aims to provide all levels of basic education. With an elementary and a middle school already included in the design layout, plans were made to incorporate a university in a strategic location. This university is intended to accommodate at least 400 students, with potential space for future expansion.

The university includes at least 12 classrooms with restrooms for men and women on each level, an administrative area, a recreation area with a pool, workshops, multipurpose sports courts, and a cafeteria area as part of the initial design concept.

Analyzing the future growth of the university, a space for student dormitories, a library, and other areas deemed necessary for the university will be added.
