TOWN CENTER
A tiered planter barrier is being implemented between the pedestrian area of the main entrance and the parking lot to prevent access to the private parking area. Visually, these planters will serve as a base for the large elevator column. On the first level, there will be work or office areas that are independent of the apartments, sharing stairs and elevators with the restaurant on the third level.
On the second level, there are no planned services, only a moderately sized roof garden that won’t dominate the façade. These two areas will be separated by shrub barriers to ensure privacy for both apartment modules. Finally, on the third level, the restaurant will be designed with panoramic views of both the interior plaza and the sunset, with a terrace included.
HOUSING
The modeling stage for the houses was completed, with minimal modifications. Service corridors were added every two houses for easy access by individuals not residing in the homes, such as maintenance personnel or other service providers. Lateral doors were also added to provide access to both the corridors and the homes.
With this phase completed, the next step will be to start the design stage for the façades and interior spaces, along with defining the color palette and materials to be used.
