The architectural plans for the hotel have been completed, featuring a new proposal for functionality and the distribution of rooms and amenities, following the previously suggested concept. The hotel has a total of four levels, housing 720 rooms divided into three types: single rooms, double rooms, and deluxe rooms.
Regarding the hotel’s services, the ground floor includes a spacious parking area. Upon entering, guests will find the reception and lobby, designed to welcome and check in new guests. At the center of the lobby, there is a bar where guests can enjoy delicious drinks. Additionally, the hotel features a store where visitors can purchase souvenirs from their stay or small snacks.
The hotel has two internal courtyards, which provide spaces for various activities and a swimming pool, as well as separate restrooms for men and women. For more private services, the hotel includes offices tailored to administrative needs and problem-solving, along with a dining space specifically for hotel staff. Shared rooms are available for cleaning and maintenance staff to rest, along with laundry and drying facilities for linens.
The hotel is adorned with several decorative ponds, benches, and seating areas for relaxation. Lastly, it is equipped with four elevators and two service staircases to access the different floors.
The first level features two restaurants with their respective restrooms, where guests can enjoy a hearty breakfast, a complete meal, or a delicious dinner. Guests have the option to dine indoors or outdoors, with the outdoor seating transforming into a spacious terrace offering various views of the complex and the hotel’s green areas. This level also includes room accommodations and circulation areas.
On the second level, the hotel offers 8 commercial spaces, each approximately 55 m², ready to provide services for various types of clients. These spaces can accommodate a beauty salon, a small clinic, a game room, among others. This level also includes restrooms for men and women, along with their respective circulation areas.
The third and final level includes restrooms for men and women, two storage rooms, and rooms designated as dressing rooms and changing areas. The central part of this level is used as a space for a stage and seating, allowing for performances such as shows, dances, and other events.
Rooms
Regarding the rooms, the single room features a queen-size bed, a work desk, a closet, and a full bathroom, with an approximate area of 26.10 m².
The double room features two double beds, two work desks, a closet, and a full bathroom, with an approximate area of 30 m².
Finally, the deluxe room features a king-size bed, a closet, a full bathroom, a living room, and a kitchenette with an island, with an approximate area of 42.30 m².

Once the architectural plans were completed, the previously started model was revised and finalized, incorporating 4.00-meter heights, angular columns, and corbels placed rhythmically throughout the building. This approach gives the structure a unified character.
