The architectural plans for the main entrance were completed, including the ground floor, upper floor, and rooftops. Along with this, the façades and sections were developed to define heights and views of the entrance complex, featuring 3.50-meter ceilings and areas with double heights. The entrance includes various services and accessible areas for visitors to the complex, such as office areas, sales areas, restrooms and changing rooms, kitchens and dining areas, maintenance areas, apartments, and a medical room, among others.
Additionally, work was done on the electrical and lighting system for the entrance, which will feature ceiling lights and LED strips in the outdoor planters. Warm lighting is proposed for the exterior, while cool lighting will be used for the interior.
Similarly, work was done on the door and window plans to define models and heights, featuring swing wooden doors for the interiors and glass enclosures for the exteriors to provide better lighting for the complex.
Regarding finishes, a model was created to study the views with different finishes that would offer an appealing aesthetic to the user. The design incorporates exposed concrete, dark materials, and some wooden details, such as planks, to enhance the overall appearance.
