An important part of the complex is the main entrance to PAKAL, designed not only for the entry and exit of residents, but also to provide key amenities for administrative control and marketing. This is where people can inquire about the types of homes, make payments, and more. The goal is to make the entrance an iconic landmark, featuring large overlapping volumes, double-height spaces, and a grand fountain at the center. This area also includes walls designed to conceal high-level machinery that supports the complex. The entrance plays with varying levels, incorporating them into planters, and uses round structures to offer a unique experience of the building. It also includes parking facilities. So far, work has focused on the architectural plans in a top-down view to define the program, layout, design, and functionality.
