This is where people can inquire about the types of homes, make payments, and more. The goal is to make the entrance an iconic landmark, featuring large overlapping volumes, double-height spaces, and a grand fountain at the center. This area also includes walls designed to conceal high-level machinery that supports the complex. The entrance plays with varying levels, incorporating them into planters, and uses round structures to offer a unique experience of the building. It also includes parking facilities. So far, work has focused on the architectural plans in a top-down view to define the program, layout, design, and functionality.
