A second design option for the type haciendas was created, featuring fewer square meters but maintaining the essential base areas. The goal of this design is to create open spaces that still offer privacy.
This design ensures that no activities are interrupted by separating the spaces into distinct areas. In the service area, there is a garage for 4 cars, a storage room/workshop, a service room with a full bathroom, a laundry area, and a drying patio.
Inside the hacienda, there is an exterior porch that leads to a foyer with a view of the open breakfast area. Other areas include the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The hacienda also features a linen closet, a large pantry with direct access to the garage, an office with a full bathroom, a TV room, and two bedrooms with walk-in closets and full bathrooms, each with a private garden. The master bedroom includes a large walk-in closet, a full bathroom, and a private garden with an outdoor shower, bathtub, and a small pool.
In the social area, there is a swimming pool with a lap lane, space for lounge chairs and a small sitting area, outdoor showers, 2 dressing rooms with showers, and 2 half-bathrooms. Additionally, it features a grill, a bar area with a storage room, and a dining and living area designed for gatherings outside the regular home functions.
The design concept was developed with a perimeter wall to ensure protection and prevent wildlife from accessing the hacienda.
