HOTEL
After analyzing the proposals and discussions with the architects, it was decided to pursue an enveloping design, with the convention center as the hierarchical focal point. The concept of a modular building was maintained, allowing for a symmetrical arrangement that, from an aerial view, makes the project appear organic while maintaining symmetry in its growth.
A sketch was created to begin shaping the design, following the described concept. This sketch was then digitized to achieve a more precise idea, and work began on the interior layout of the module, estimating around 20 rooms per module.
Two distribution proposals were presented: one with two larger pools and the other with six smaller pools distributed throughout the hotel.
TOWN CENTER
Follow-up work continued on the 3D volumetrics of the commercial and residential areas, focusing on refining the character of the building, particularly where the two elements merge in the main section.
Currently, the focus is on a modern style incorporating circular elements, with plans to later integrate straight elements to align with the original intended design style.
