URBAN DESIGN
HOTEL
Different urbanization options for the hotel are being proposed, while respecting the predetermined guidelines for its design.
A growth organization oriented east-west is proposed, starting with a vestibulation module, followed by the room buildings, and ending with the convention center. On the other side, a more horizontal north-south distribution is proposed, with central modules for vestibulation and restaurants, while the room buildings on the sides have curved shapes, creating spaces for pools and amenities.
Based on these two proposals, work began on a new distribution plan where a single building module is used, allowing the hotel to grow like a puzzle by applying composition principles. The aim is to create spaces and achieve an organic growth form for the hotel.
This proposal emerges from using the building module to create forms where each space between buildings will serve a specific purpose, such as restaurants, cafés, lobbies, amenities, and more. This is the concept being developed.
TOWN CENTER
Progress was made in expanding the second level of the façade to give it more width and proportion in relation to the lower element. The goal is to have multiple options to select the best one.
The slabs and terraces in the interior section are also being incorporated to complement the overall volume of both the main and lateral façades.
