Work was carried out on redesigning the shopping center facades based on the previous model. Different types of louvers were changed, more green areas were added, and the model was completed with the missing areas that make it up, such as the amphitheater, the detailed design of the commercial spaces, the interiors of the apartments, the restaurant facade along with the terrace and the pool. Upon completing the model, finishes were defined to transfer it to the rendering program.
D5 RENDER
Once the SketchUp model was ready, it was imported into D5 Render to more precisely define the project’s materiality, its stairs, color schemes, and more. Concurrently, a virtual walkthrough was created in which certain shots and favorable angles were selected to represent the project’s concept for rendering. Similarly, groups of necessary elements were added to enhance the ambiance of the views, such as human scales, vegetation, and the diverse exterior and interior furnishings of the shopping center and the apartments.
RENDERS
Once the shots and ambiance were prepared, work was carried out on the project’s lighting, as it plays a crucial role in the visualization of a render by depicting sunlight entries and the various interior lights that accompany the apartments. After this configuration was complete, the final renders of different areas of the complex were produced, undergoing a realism process thanks to an artificial intelligence component offered by the program.
