In order to define materials, flora, urban furniture, etc., work has been done on the 3D models of the main avenue as well as the secondary streets of the complex. Renders were created to gain a clearer idea of how the avenues are intended to look with the proposed materials, as well as to understand the behavior of the shadows that the proposed plants would cast to determine if they are ideal for the required purposes.
Also, the facades of Xaman Otoch and Nojol Otoch were defined, taking into account the architectural style proposed for the shopping center, which is a Mayan style simulating ruins. However, in this part of the complex, it is combined with modern architecture to create a more homely feeling while ensuring that the design blends with the surroundings, including buildings, flora, and fauna. Additionally, outdoor comfort spaces were created for user interaction, featuring wide sidewalks shaded by endemic trees of the state to provide a cooler thermal sensation.
